Unlike mass-produced furniture, custom upholstery is a layered, intentional process—careful disassembly, detailed inspection, skilled rebuilding, and refined finishing. The result is a one-of-a-kind piece, thoughtfully crafted just for you.

Estimates Begin With What We Can See

Your estimate is created following a visual assessment of your furniture. Once existing materials are removed, hidden conditions such as loose joints, worn springs, or compromised support may be revealed. Should additional work be recommended, it will always be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Fabric & Materials Set the Tone

Fabric selection plays an essential role in both the beauty and comfort of your piece. Because textiles behave differently—particularly patterned, natural, or specialty fabrics—yardage and results may vary slightly. This is a natural part of bespoke upholstery.

Client-provided materials are welcome; however, their long-term performance cannot be guaranteed.

Comfort is subjective and influenced by the original structure of the furniture and the materials chosen. Our goal is to enhance comfort while honoring the integrity, proportions, and character of the piece.

Timelines Are Thoughtfully Estimated

Project timelines begin once materials are received and a deposit is secured. Custom upholstery requires time, patience, and precision. Schedules may adjust due to material availability or unforeseen structural needs, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Design Changes May Affect Scope

Should you choose to adjust fabrics, design details, or scope after approval, pricing and completion timelines may be affected. All changes are communicated clearly and with care.

Payment & Completion

A deposit is required to begin work. Final payment is due upon completion and prior to pickup or delivery. As studio space is intentionally limited, completed pieces should be collected promptly.
